Accelerator Program - Qatar Business Incubation Center (QBIC)

The Acceleration Program 2026 is a hands‑on, outcomes‑driven startup accelerator organized by Qatar Development Bank (QDB) to support growth‑ready startups as they scale and prepare for regional expansion.

This program is designed for startups that have a live, scalable product with early traction or revenue and are targeting expansion in Qatar, the GCC, or the wider MENA region. Participating startups must be willing to operate from or establish operations in Qatar, and at least one core team member must commit to attending all sessions.

Key focus areas include:
• Strengthening product market fit and validating your solution. 
• Refining your value proposition to align with real customer demand. 
• Building a clear go‑to‑market strategy to improve traction. 
• Improving readiness for regional expansion and investment. 
• Connecting with investors: the program culminates in a pitch to the QDB Investment Committee, where startups have the chance to raise up to USD 100,000 (investment decisions and amounts are determined at the committee’s discretion).

The program uses a hybrid format with online delivery and a mandatory in‑person phase in Doha toward the end. Travel costs for the in‑person segment are the responsibility of the startup, while accommodation during that phase is provided by QDB.

Startups also gain access to tailored in‑kind support, including introductions within the ecosystem and soft‑landing assistance to help accelerate growth.
